Follow Up

A follow up visit usually consists of an initial brief notes taking from the practitioner to record your improvement, aggravation or any other comments that may you want to let them know; then, the chiropractor will start the treatment which commonly consist of spinal manipulation, joints mobilization, soft/deep tissue work and muscle stretches.

The type of techniques used/chosen depends on many factors:

presenting condition,
patient’s comfort,
practitioner’s skills/qualification.

Unless you visit your chiropractic clinic with a new complaint, a follow up visit usually should last between 10 to 20 minutes.
